Welcome! I’m Briana.

Hi there! My name is Briana Parker and I am an Anxiety & Nervous System Coach. Before I became a coach, I worked as a nurse for over 6 years, and during that time I began to realize that the healthcare system and I were no longer compatible. So I made the life-altering decision to become a board certified nurse coach (which is a coach that just so happens to be a nurse) and began this journey to help everyone I can with the healing of coaching.

Why nervous system regulation? I have a deep, painful story that stems from a dysregulated nervous system. I suffered debilitating headaches, heart palpitations so intense they sent me to the ER, severe stomach pain, and unrelenting dizziness and lightheadedness. Pill after pill was thrown at me with no real cause as to why these things were happening. It was after countless doctor visits that I realized that anxiety was causing ALL my symptoms. But I was no longer feeling the “normal” symptoms of anxiety because it had gone on for so long that it had become something much more. I was living in a constant state of anxiety which in turn, caused my nervous system to be completely dysregulated. This was causing all my crazy, severe symptoms! Once I learned what the underlying cause was, I was able to begin healing myself the proper way my body needed.

So now I offer the same healing to others who are suffering from the same issue (and may not even know it).

What is Nervous System Regulation?

Your nervous system is your body's control center, governing your response to stress, emotions, and daily challenges. Nervous system regulation is the practice of optimizing its functioning, leading to increased calm, resilience, and emotional well-being.
